PostHeaderIcon I have a Hemorrhoid and i need to ways to cure it?

Hello I got a Hemorrhoid last night and want to was to get rid of it. I think I got it by straing to hard during a bowel movement. Any ideas will be helpful

Hemorrhoids are swollen, inflamed veins around the anus or lower rectum. They are either inside the anus or under the skin around the anus. They often result from straining to have a bowel movement. Other factors include pregnancy, aging and chronic constipation or diarrhea.

Hemorrhoids are very common in both men and women. About half of all people have hemorrhoids by age 50. The most common symptom of hemorrhoids inside the anus is bright red blood covering the stool, on toilet paper or in the toilet bowl. Symptoms usually go away within a few days.

If you have rectal bleeding you should see a doctor. You need to make sure bleeding is not from a more serious condition such as colorectal or anal cancer. Treatment may include warm baths and a cream or other medicine. If you have large hemorrhoids, you may need surgery and other treatments.

Speak to a nutritionist about your diet. Make a food log for about a week and take it to them. That means everything that you consume including drinks. If you cheat by not putting it on the food log you are only cheating yourself. They will help you get back on track so you don’t have to strain. For now I would recommend avoiding caffeine and sugar filled drinks and desserts. Instead, reach for water anf fruits to satisfy that sugar craving. That will help a lot.

Higher fiber in your diet, preperation h will help with the irritation, making sure you are hydrated…all of these will help. They usually go away on their own but if they don’t and it becomes very large or painful there is surgery to remove them.

I see by your screen name, Gayman, that this a dual problem for you. It will cause painful bowel movements and painful love-making. I believe some gay men refer to hemorrhoids (swollen veins) as "speed bumps" and the process of rubbing against them during anal intercourse is known as "pile driving". A good cure is OTC Preparation H and adding more fiber to your diet. i would also suggest that you rub an ice cube on the affected area followed by some warm honey. Then have your gay lover bite it off. Don’t poop in his face !

hemmeroids can get irritated and swell when this happens. There are hemmeroid remedies on the market that relieve the swelling and if you are prone to hard bowel monvements , I would suggest seeing a DR. on changing your diet and possibly removal of those hemmeroids.
