No, but ice cubes work great, to reduce swelling and take 3 advil for pain

There are several over the counter hemmorid creamd such as Prepreation-H. I use plain old store brand hydrocordizone cream it work wonders or Anasol which is basiclly the same thing just a little more pricey.
